  • Placement assessment or interview where applicable
  • Transfer learners: previous school records and assessment reports
  • Parent/guardian commitment to school policies and partnership

  • Copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Recent passport-size photographs of the child
  • Copy of parent/guardian national ID
  • Immunisation / health records (Early Years)
  • Previous school report and leaving certificate (transfers)
  • Assessment number / UPI where already issued

Admissions Questions

How do I apply for admission?
Click any "Apply Now" button on our website to open our secure online application on SkulManager (school code STMARY6344). Complete the form and our admissions team will contact you with next steps.
Which grades are you admitting?
We admit learners into Playgroup, PP1, PP2, Grade 1–6 (Primary) and Grade 7–9 (Junior School). For Senior School (Grade 10–12), please contact the school for current availability.
Can my child join mid-year?
Yes, subject to space in the class. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will advise on availability and placement.
Is there an entry assessment?
Where applicable, learners take a friendly placement assessment or interview to help us understand their level and support them well. It is not meant to exclude learners.
What documents do I need?
A copy of the birth certificate, passport-size photos, parent/guardian ID, immunisation records for Early Years, and previous school reports for transfer learners. See the Admissions page for the full list.
